The Annual Compensation Survey for Paralegals/Legal Assistants and Managers ("the Survey") tracks compensation, billing rates and billable hours for paralegals and paralegal managers. Conducted since 2002, the study was produced by Incisive Legal Intelligence (now known as ALM Legal Intelligence) in conjunction with the International Paralegal Management Association.

The Survey contains detailed reports on:

• Practice area and industry breakdowns
• Details by size of organization and years of experience
