Management Resources

The IPMA has developed and offers a variety of resources in many forms designed to assist new and experienced paralegal managers along a path of professional success. This section of the web site contains the Starter Kit, a package of resources for those exploring a paralegal program or in the early stages of setting it up, details on IPMATalk, the online discussion group of the Association, and access to survey results, publications and videos and other managerial resources. Additionally, this section contains the Service Provider Directory which connects paralegal managers with companies that provide services and products of interest as well as connections to other legal management and paralegal associations. Lastly, information on Professional Legal Management Week (PLMW) and related PLMW programs and cosponsor organizations can be found here.

Under development for release in 2010 will be a section of training and other developmental resources for use by managers for their staff.
